Diversity. Equality. Unity

Throughout life, women have been experiencing a kind of situation where they do not receive equal rights  as men.  It is a spread of nationalism and it brings awareness to several people.  A majority group of women from different countries, races, cultures, and languages speak of situations where they have been abused, threatened, victimized, mistreated, and judged based on their gender and capabilities. In spite that it is an issue, women perform their behavior in a different kind maner from fear and the decisions they make will change their life drastically.

The collage that I made is with reference with the theme about Women’s Health.

In many aspects, women's health contrasts from that of men. The World Health Organization defines health as a state of total physical, mental, and social well-being, not only the absence of disease or infirmity, and women's health is an example of population health. Globally, women have fewer opportunities for economic participation than men, less access to basic and higher education, greater health and safety risks, and less political representation.

In addition, The pandemic has deepened pre-existing gender inequalities and has disproportionately affected women and girls. Women are losing livelihoods because they are overrepresented in sectors and jobs hardest hit by COVID-19.

A recent report by UN Women shows that women’s mental health has suffered a larger setback: 57% of women noting increases in stress and anxiety, compared to 48% of men. Increased unpaid care and domestic workloads, anxiety over income loss, and the impacts of movement restrictions on gender-based violence, are all contributing factors.Women have been at the frontlines of the COVID-19 reaction. They have played a critical role in attempts to reduce infection rates and position their countries for economic recovery.

Women's rights must be protected and chances given to them to fulfill their full potential in order to attain gender equality and a variety of other international development goals. Women and girls who are empowered contribute to the health and productivity of their families, communities, and countries, benefiting everyone.

Clearly,  the aim of my collage is to show Women’s unity, empowerment. Women's empowerment is defined as promoting women's self-esteem, freedom to take decisions, and right to affect societal change for themselves and others. It is the best move for women to fight for equal rights.

In conclusion, women empowerment refers to the creation of an environment for personal benefits as well as for society. women also should be given equal rights like men to actually empower them. They need to be strong, aware, and alert every time for their growth and development. We need gender equality urgently. Gender equality prevents violence against women and girls. It’s essential for economic prosperity. Societies that value women and men as equal are safer and healthier. Gender equality is a human right. Everyone benefits from gender equality.
